• Renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
• All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Renter is responsible for making sure all drivers meet the age requirements and have a valid drivers license.
• Renter's name must match the name on the credit card used to make a reservation.
• Renter must be present at the time of pick up to sign the rental contract.

Generic Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Rates, Reservation Deposit, and Payments:

• Rates are subject to change at any time without notice
• A reservation deposit of half the rental total is required at the time a reservation is made
• The reservation deposit is applied directly towards the total rental charges
• Payment of the balance of all rental charges is due at the time of pick up.
• Rental charges may be paid by Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Checks

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit in the amount of $500.00 is due at the time of pick up.
• The security deposit can be made with Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Checks.
• The security deposit is fully refundable.
• The security deposit may be held depending on the condition of the vehicle upon return.

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of $50.00 (Motor Home Rentals processing fee) will be deducted from the reservation deposit.
• The $50.00 cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made one week prior to the departure date.
• NOTE: If the customer cancels less than one week prior to the departure date or is a no show, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the reservation deposit.

Pick Up Times:

• Pick up time is between 1:30 PM and 6:30 PM Monday - Saturday. [ Summer ]
• Pick up time is between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM Monday - Saturday. [ Winter ]
• Sorry! No pick up times on Sunday

Return Times:

• Return time is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM Monday - Saturday.
• Customers returning late may be changed $20.00 per hour.
• Sorry!  No refunds for early returns.
• Sorry!  No returns on Sunday.
• NOTE: All late returns or extensions must be called in to our office for authorization prior to arrival date.
